SuperForm came to us with a problem – installers didn’t know how easy it was to install their insulated concrete forms (ICF), so they were buying elsewhere.
SuperForm manufactures ICF and sells through distributors, who take orders from installers. Installers have their way of doing things, with wood and concrete, or with a competitor’s ICF block.
SuperForm has been around for over 25 years producing innovative blocks, but not everyone knew about them or was prepared to make the switch. They cost a bit more than some competitors, but they make up for that in time-saving features and strength that won’t let you down during a concrete pour.
In early 2020, we got to writing a 12-part installation series to help guide the project. By summer 2020, we had the scripts and shot lists in hand as we were filming a residential build in sunny Southern Alberta near Taber.
Once completed, the 12-part series has led to increased interest and sales from customers in Canada and the United States. Demonstrating how the product works has done wonders for the sales team, and the company is growing strong. The team saved time on calls, as it also helped answer frequently asked questions from installers and encouraged architects to spec the block for their designs.
We’ve continued to create educational content for SuperForm since, and are looking forward to more!
